Chef Director - Simon Martin

Simon started his career at a young age in restaurants in the South of England and London. Earning his stripes with the country’s most respected chefs, Simon took on his first Head Chef job at the age of 24. More recently he has moved to the contract catering sector, in both Executive Chef and Development Chef roles.
